e-shelter security and Pressac partner to offer best in class sensors for smart buildings

e-shelter security, an independent system integrator for smart, secure and sustainable buildings, and smart building sensor manufacturer Pressac Communications have added each other to its respective portfolio of partners. The German e-shelter security decided to partner with Pressac to provide its clients high-quality sensors that support their customers to use their smart buildings as efficiently as possible.

The new partnership will help both companies to expand their offering for clients willing to digitise their buildings and business processes and with that to enable new, flexible office concepts that will ensure optimised space utilisation and greater energy efficiency.

e-shelter security will integrate Pressac’s sensors for occupancy and environmental monitoring in its offering to clients to realise a smart and efficient work environment with greater sustainability for both new and existing buildings.

Environment sensors, to measure environmental parameters in indoor spaces such as temperature, humidity, illumination but most importantly CO2 concentration and trigger actions in case any of the parameters indicates a sub-optimal comfortable working environment.
Desk occupancy sensors, that accurately detects when a desk is utilised and monitors ongoing desk occupancy; in this way users can spot vacant desks at a glance through an interactive map and administrators can monitor the desk utilization rate via the dedicated dashboard and adjust, based on the demand, the resource availability.
