Starting with something as simple as the ergonomics of their work position, recording data of the user’s sitting and standing time, and offering them feedback to offer great levels of customisation to the office experience.
Smart tech could even ensure highly personalised employee comfort; desks and chairs will adjust according to an individual’s biometrics, and computer screens and desk lighting could adjust automatically to their needs.
